Buy Online, Pick Up in Store

  • In store pickup service is available at select Saks stores
  • When your order is ready (usually the same day), you'll receive an email confirmation that it can be picked up in store. Please note, pick-up times can be longer due to increased demand over Thanksgiving and Christmas.
  • Photo ID is required for store pickup.

Returns & Exchanges


At Saks Fifth Avenue, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase. Simply follow the guidelines below:

  • Returns are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days with a receipt. If you don't have a receipt and we can't look-up your transaction, you'll receive store credit for the lowest selling price.
  • Full-priced merchandise, with the exception of furs, watches and jewelry, received after 30 days will be credited based on the current selling price. Returns of furs, watches and jewelry items will not be accepted after 30 days. All other merchandise can be returned up to one year after purchase.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit gourmet, monogrammed or personalized items.
  • We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.


To make a return, you have two options:


In-Store: Bring your merchandise to your local Saks Fifth Avenue with the original receipt or gift receipt. Find your local Saks Fifth Avenue. If you would like to exchange your purchase, we'll help you find the right item.


By Mail: 


1. Get your invoice ready


Click here to start your return using the order number, or go to your Saks.com account order history, and click the link there. You can find your order number in the top right corner of your packing slip or in the subject line of your shipping confirmation email.


A $9.95 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund.


If you would like to exchange your item, please return your original merchandise and place a new order on Saks.com.


2. Prepare your package

  • Pack your return securely, in the original package, if possible, and include your printed invoice.
  • Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.


3. Ship it


When your package is ready, you can ship it via FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service


4. Track it


You can track your return on our returns website. Once we receive the package, we'll process your refund and notify you that the return has been completed. Refunds in the form of original payment can take up to one week to be credited back to your account

Price Adjustments


Requests for adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of purchase.

Sales Tax


Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to all states in the US, except  Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.


No sales tax is charged on the purchase of a Gift Card.
