If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will grant you a full refund or exchange of the cost of product within 30 days after the initial shipping date.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility for the customer. Under no circumstance does rockindocksdeluxephotos reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. See exceptions below.

**RETURN SHIPPING FEE EXCEPTIONS**

Rockindocksdeluxephotos will cover return shipping cost or refund only in cases when items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a rockindocksdeluxephotos Customer Service Team to be defective. Otherwise, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping fee. 

**REFUND** credit return can take up to 10 business days depending on the financial institutions.
