If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will grant you a full refund or exchange of the cost of product within 45 days after the initial shipping date. Unless the return is a result of our error, a manufacturing defect or damage resulted while in transit, customers are responsible to pay for return shipping. No refund on any shipping charges.
Anything that is not handmade by me and sold through the shop section with the exception of discontinued or clearance items can be returned for a full refund or exchange less any shipping charges incurred. No refund on any shipping fees unless item is damaged.

These items are nonrefundable items except due to our error on an undisclosed defect. In that case, you can exchange the item for something else from our store.

Otherwise, no abnormalities in our quality under the service will not provide return. Please contact us for the best solution.

Some products are made to orders, and personalized products can not be returned due to their customized elements unless there is an issue with the products quality. In this case, please return it to us and we will either replace the product or give you a full refund - in this circumstance we will also refund you for the shipping cost.
*For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility for the customer. Under no circumstance does rockindocksdeluxephotos reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer.
*If a product is damaged or defective, and customers insist of returning, we will make arrangements with our factory as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to rockindocksdeluxephotos.com. Prepaid return shipping labels will be provided to the customer only if item is damaged.
